Channel Balance

Question

Hello I have two windows that need balances . 1 one is 20 lbs the channel is 23-3/8 long The second is 18 lbs and channel is 16-3/8 long . They are peach tree windows . Attached are pics of old balances

Thanks for reaching out! Your balances appear to be a style of the Series 745 Peachtree Channel Balances. These come equipped with the 16-027 Balance Terminal Plug attached to them.

Based on the lengths you've confirmed, I recommend the S745-16 with a 15.25-6 Stamp (for windows weighing 18 to 22lbs) and the S745-23 with a 22.25-4 Stamp (for windows weighing 20 to 23lbs).

Although, you should be aware that the lengths of these balances are 16-1/4" and 23-1/4", respectively. So I would recommend double checking the lengths of your balances.
