Channel Balance

Question

Balance is marked 34P 49-51 J4A CMC 5.....I can't find a balance based on these numbers. Non tilt, 35" balance, 1/2" channel, bottom shoe should be 15-001. I haven't weighed the sash, but it is a large and heavy.

Hello! Looks like your bottom shoe has wings, so it's probably our 15-004 instead. See our S385-35.

That stamp is peculiar, though. There's a chance that none of our standard options can support the kind of weight you're working with here. If that's the case, this may turn into a custom order. We will need the exact weight of the sash. Please be as precise as possible. Thanks!
