Channel Balance

Question

Hello, The string broke on my channel balance, so the window tends to go up and down all crooked. The metal part of the channel balance is 33 inches. There were no numbers or markings on the frame. Thank you for your help.

Hello, Gary! This balance closely resembles our Series 395. I think yours might just be an older version.

This comes with a 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom nylon fitting. As long as those match up then you should be good to go.
