Channel Balance

Question

Hello, My current channel balance is stamped (29-9 IX CMC 11) and the window weighs 30 lbs. I believe I need to order Series 385 with Stamp Option 2950.

The channel balances are currently outside of the window frame as the plastic piece screwed into the top corner of each window has broken. Can you tell me what this piece is called and the catalog number I need to order? I will need four balances and four of these plastic pieces as we have tow windows that are not functioning.
