Here are the parts we need replaced. Two sets.

We can definitely supply this balance as a custom order, but in order to go further I will need a clear picture of the metal hook at the end of the cord. I know it seems like a small detail but it is essential.

Can you also confirm your quantity? By two "sets," are you asking for four individual balances?

I hope this photo works. We only need two balances, one for each side of the window.

I'm afraid this doesn't show me what I need. You already showed me this part of the balance in your original post. What I need to see is the metal hook at the end of the cord.

If you don't see a metal hook at the end of the cord then there is a chance yours snapped off. In that situation, you need to get an undamaged version of this balance; either from the other side of the window or from an identical window in the house.

To got the other balance out, we would need to remove the window and since it is in the living room, we are very heistant to do that. But here is a photo of what may be the end you are hoping for.

It is not. The piece I need is a metal hook, not a wheel. It's at the very end of the cord; the wheel you're showing me is, functionally, where the cord begins.

It's not possible to see that hook without removing the balance. Like I said before, it may seem like a small detail but we can't move forward without it.
