Hi Daniel. I am confident we can help, but I want to be certain we know what you have. Can you show pictures of the fittings on every end of the metal channel? Can you also confirm the depth of the bottom shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement? We'll do our best to help from there. 

Thanks for getting back to me. We can definitely furbish these balances for you via custom order. I just want to confirm a detail or two before proceeding. It looks like your balance's bottom shoe has a depth, or 'heel-to-toe' measurement, greater than 1". Therefore you may in fact need our Series 385, which has a shoe depth of 1-3/32"; the Series 380 has a depth of 1" exactly. See the image below for reference. Let me know what you have, and I'll prepare a quote for you right away.
