Hello! Thanks for your patience during this busy season. We may be able to supply this balance, but it is very, very large. I need a little more time to confirm availability.

In the meantime, can you confirm the length? Based on your stamp of "55G," the metal channel should be 56", not 55". Thanks!

Hello! Thank you for your efforts. Yes, the 56" is the size our repairman suggested that I 'probably needed' but when I saw the stamp, I thought I should order the 55. So I will defer to you, given the stamp, and go with the 56" please. Christina

Hello again! After talking to the manufacturer about this size, it looks like we will also need visual confirmation of the Series. Would it be possible to get a clear picture of the top and bottom nylon fittings, as well as the stamp itself?

Unfortunately, the pieces have broken. Perhaps you can get a general idea with the photos below. Note: I purchased the 30" channels series 351 / 2930 to repair matching windows in the same home and they worked well. These are the same windows, simply taller.

Thank you. Just to be clear, the broken balance here is the one you're trying to replace, right?

Just to give you an idea of what we're doing behind the scenes here, the balance size you've requested is literally off the charts. Not even the manufacturer has specs for these; this length is simply not something they've ever done. As such, we need a direct reference of the hardware in your window so that we can make these from the ground up. That's the reason why we're being so thorough right now. Without the requested data, we won't be able to get these made.

If you happened to have an undamaged version of this balance, that would be the most helpful, as that way we can ensure that no important details are missing. It would also be necessary for that balance to be from the window in question, not a similar window.

We still also need to see the stamp that was printed on the metal channel.

Thanks for your understanding. I hate having to make you go through this back and forth, but this information is going to be necessary in order to make these balances. I cannot stress enough how off-model this size is.
