Pretty sure I need S385 (vs. S380) but not certain. Photo of shoe with tape measure suggests 385. Does that look right?
Also markings on old balance (from 1999 Milgard window) are "26 4 AS CALDWELL"

Added a photo of correctly measured shoe. Appears to be 1 1/16 deep but definitely more than 1.00.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Since your shoe is 1-1/16" deep, you likely have the Series 385. Your shoe was probably once 1-3/32" but just wore down from years of use. Happens all the time.
As for the stamp option, your old stamp of "26 4" matches our "2640."
