Hi - I measured the balancer, and found the following:
length: 25 and 5/8 inch
width: 5/8 inch
It looks like that the balancer is broken based on the videos that I have seen. So, I am looking for replacement of this part as I have multiple windows to fix in my house.
With all the permutations and combinations, this is confusing to which part to order. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your patience during this busy season, Ravi. We can supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. What you have here is what we call an "extended travel" balance, named for its extra long cord.
Before we go any further, can you just tell me how many you needed? Could you also show me a clearer picture of the metal hook at the end of the cord? I can't quite make it out but it is an important detail.
In the meantime I'll confirm the availability of this size. Once we have all the information we need, I'll email you a purchase link and price quote that will allow you to place an order on our site.

Thanks Tom for your reply; very much appreciated. I am attaching a picture that you have requested, but I think that hook is broken. Also, we measured the balancer again, and the length is 25 and 5/8 rather than 25.5. Can we potentially use a 26inch? Secondly, regarding the number of balancer, we have quite a few windows that do not work quite right, so we have not taken them out until we can fix a window. Will it be possible to order one, and if it works we can take out all the broken windows, and give you the exact number of balancers needed.

Thank you! Your hook actually appears to be whole and undamaged, so this photo is all I need.
A 26" balance in this case won't work. These extended travel balances are actually designed to be made in 5/8" length increments, so 25-5/8" is perfectly normal. That is the size we would provide you.
Finally, our minimum purchase quantity for custom balances like this is 2. What I'll do now is email you a purchase link for 2 and you can see if you want to move forward with an order. I'm happy to help you with any other balances in your house once you're ready.
