Channel balance 13-3 IA5 CMC 2 for Simonton window

A handy person from California says:
Looking through your site and comparing to my existing channel balance, I believe I need a 385-14, but I don't know what the different options represent. Are they spring tensions? My stamp (inked stamp) is 86 13-3 IA5 CMC 2. Would 13-3 correspond to 1330 option?

I believe my window is Simonton, but not positive.

Ken, the stamp on the channel balance denotes the amount of window sash weight the balance can support.

Your stamp "13 3" will translate to the Swisco 1330 stamp.

Before you move forward, take a look at this channel balance attachment guide and make sure you have identified the correct bottom balance attachment:

The Series 385 Channel Balance comes with the 15-004 attachment.
