Looking for a replacement counter balance for this part number

I'm afraid that isn't a part number. That stamp only indicates the strength of the spring; you can find the same stamp on dozens of different configurations.
We may sell a replacement for your balance, but I don't recognize the bottom fitting you show here. Is there more to this assembly? Would it be possible to see an undamaged version? I specifically need to see the top end and bottom end, with all relevant parts attached and whole.

Yes I will get back promptly with the entire assembly if I can I have looked on like 20 different sites and haven't seen this type of balance anywhere it may be a couple days until I can get back with the needed photos.
