Channel balance needed

A contractor from St Louis says:

This is a Channel balancer it measures 23? long. Uses #62-101 to mount at the bottom with a screw holding it in to the channel at top.
Looks like 2430 k or x stamped on the balancer. Thank you Mike

We can replace this balance for you, but it will have to be specially made. Can you just confirm the length of the metal channel? Can you also confirm the exact weight of the sash? I believe it should be 17 to 22 pounds but I wanted to make sure. Finally, how many you need?

Yes it is within those weights, no more than 24 pounds. Can you send me pricing and time for building so I can contact my customer please. Mike
