Channel balance replacement

I can't quite make out your top fitting. We can help but I'd like to see a clear and up close picture of your top fitting to determine a replacement option.

Sure, we sell a ton of different top sash guides so there's a good chance we have what you need. The bad news is that the S350-34 that Emily recommended is compatible with almost all of them. Right now you could have anything.

Before we make a recommendation, I'd like you to remove an undamaged version of the original guide and show me a clear photo of it from the front and side. Think of it like a mugshot. From there, I will do my best to track down a compatible replacement.
