Channel balance replacement

If you could show us the connecting point between the spring and pulley inside the metal channel of an undamaged balance, that would help us confirm if our stock balances could work for your repair or if they would need to be special ordered. Thanks for getting back to us. We can supply your replacement balances but it will need to be a custom order due to the spring and pulley connection, which differs from our stock balances. You mentioned that you have two different-sized windows, so we'll need to confirm the stamp codes from both balances, as well as the number of replacements you'll need, with the minimum being two of each.
