Channel balance and pivot lock shoe need replacement

A quick learner from Virginia, MN says:
September 8, 2017
We bought a house that has newer windows however the manufacturer is unknown. One of the tilt windows has twp broken pivot lock shoes causing it to malfunction. The existing channel balance that I removed is stamped 13TG LC. Any ideas which channel balance and pivot lock shoes I will need to repair this?
