Channel balances 23DS 38 Traco Impact hung windows

Hi,

I need to replace 4 broken channel balances which seems to be custom made as I cannot find them in your catalog.
Those channel are used for Traco single hung impact windows (no tilt)

Metal channel lenght is 24 in.

The top seems to be new security 19-041
Shoe seems to be 15-004

Engraved: 23DS 38

I would also need 4 x take out 16-002 clips

Thanks for the detailed information. Please take a look at our S377-24 channel balance with a 2375 option. That means it will hold up a sash weighing between 37-40 pounds. Do you believe this will work for you?

It could do it but there will be 1/8'' (split on both side of course) of play as the original top is 1'' wide. I am affraid that it would not withstand hurricane forces with so much play. So, the best solution would be to get your S377-24 and replace the top with a 19-041 and that should do it! The option 2375 is not available online for this product but it should work. What do you think?
