Channel balances

A quick learner from Asheville NC says:

Some of them are broken plastic pieces at the bottom so it's not holding the windows in place when unlocked. Can't find any brand or model info unfortunately. Double hung, white vinyl. The balances are ~31" long.

This is not a channel balance, but rather a spiral balance, either our Series 600 or Series 900. The Series 600 has an outer tube that is 5/8" in diameter, while the Series 900 has a 3/8" diameter tube. See the videos below for further information.
