Channel balances

Question

Hello, the 9/16" channel balance I'm looking for was stamped 2840P. I'd appreciate some help finding it, thank you! It's a non tilt window

We'd be happy to help but the stamp code only indicates the strength of the balance spring, not the correct replacement. To get started, we'll need to see photos of the balance removed from the window, including both ends at the pulley clip. Thank you!
