Hello! We can supply this balance, but it has to be a custom order since this isn't a standard product. What you have here is called an "extended travel" channel balance; yours in particular is the rivetless-kind, which is even more particular. 

Before we go any further, can you confirm exactly how many of each size you need? Please note that our minimum order quantity is 2.

Thanks! I will email you those purchase links now. I'm not sure of what other hardware you my need, though. You would need to make a list of parts that are damaged or potentially missing for me to review so that I can make recommendations. We typically take these things one part at a time since most windows use tons and tons of different parts. There's not a universal configuration or anything, even these balances come in a half million different styles.
