I believe you're asking for a new pivot shoe, as well as the balance clip it attaches to. I believe we can help, but I'm afraid I don't recognize this shoe from this photo. Can you remove it from the window so we have a clearer view? Can you also tell us its width and thickness? If you need the balance clip as well, I'd like an up close picture of it.

Hi - thank you for the reply. I was able to retrieve the pivot shoe from the track. I have attached some photos. I am hopeful that you could provide the replacement part. I am interested in a quantity of 5-10 units as this component is failing universally at the site.
