Choose right channel balance

I have three windows too replace the channel balances to replace. want to try the first one and the ends don't look the exact same as pictured. there is a stamp on it ( 23 46 gw cmc the best I can tell, The window is 50 1/2" wide 48" tall, whole thing, it is a non-tilt and plastic for the glass area.

I'm not sure what you have. Can you take a few pictures of your hardware for me to see? Please make sure you take detailed pictures of the nylon attachments and of the stamp printed on the metal channel. Thanks!

Here are the photos you asked for hope I have what you need if not tell me what else you need.

The stamp is worn believe it says

23 4 GW CMC 7

These are perfect! I've narrowed this down to two possible channel balance Series: either our Series 380 or our Series 385 balances.

Now, as you can see, there is only one difference between these two Series, and that is their bottom shoe. The Series 380 uses the 15-005 while the Series 385 uses the 15-004. I can't quite tell what you have based on your pictures, though. Please carefully compare their dimensions to your own hardware and see which is a better match.
