Clips to hold balances in place

A landlord from Jersey City, NJ says:

Hello Swisco,

The part pictured is a right-side clip that holds a window balance in place. It has these markings on one side of it:

C-A

C-97

And it has an "R" on the other side.

I need right and left side parts. Hope you can help.
