Coil Balance ID

Trying to find replacement part that appears to be called a balance adjuster for Bryn Mawr Dbl Hung window. One of the uploaded photos has bar code information about window as follows: Size 31 3/4" x 53 1/4", 10/23/2008, Order 218529, Batch 18232, 218529004000001. Problem with window is that it won't stay up, it slides down when we try to raise the window. Hope that helps to identify part. . . thanks!

Thanks for writing in. It looks like you need to replace your coil balance system. We can do this for you, but we need to see the pivot shoe that connects to the bottom of the window sash. The identity of the pivot shoe determines the identity of the coil balances needed. For help removing the entire coil balance assembly, see the video below.
