The pivot shoe appears to resemble our 15-111, while the spring looks like our Series 160 coil. As for the spring housing, check out our 15-086 for a possible match.

Can I buy a pair of the shoes and a pair of the spring housing with the springs all ready loaded?

I'm afraid these parts are not available as a single kit. We only sell them separately. However, the benefit of this is that you only need to replace the parts that are broken. If any components are still functional, there's no reason you can't reuse them.

The coil balance spring you recommend is the 5.5 lb series 160. The window weights 24lbs. Does this matter?

There are multiple weights for the Series 160 coil spring. Usually, you want to match up the stamp on your existing springs to the options we show. However, if your sash weighs 24 pounds and you use four springs, I recommend the S160-6. Each individual spring can carry 6.5 pounds of weight, so four of them can support your sash.
