Coil part and tilt latches

Question

Hi, I am looking for the following items. The windows are over 15 years old and there are no brand markings on them so I am assuming these are custom windows.
The coils have broken and the only markings that are visible are 7A (see attachedphotosforreference). The coils are attached to the pivot shoe and those need replacement as well.
As far as the tilt latch they are also broken and need replacing.

This looks like our 15-087 shoe, which uses Series 180 coil balances. For a coil stamped 7, use the S180-7 7 pound spring. If you need the tilt latches, use our 26-408.
