Coil spring balancer?

It's on both sides of the single hung window, to keep the window open, now both of those are broken, the window won't stay open, the one in the picture is for the left side, but it doesn't have any letters or numbers marked on it, it has 2 springs.

Hello, thank you for posting,

Your coil balance assembly resembles the 15-102 double side load carrier that is compatible with the Series 145 coil springs. If there are no markings on the springs, we will need to know the weight of the window sash to confirm which weighted coils are needed to support the sash. Please review!

It weights 13 lbs

Thank you for confirming,

We do not have weighted coils that add up to exact 13 pounds, but as long as the range is within a pound the window should function properly.

You can either use (2) S145-3 on each side to get to 12 pounds or (1) S145-3 and (1) S145-4 on each side to get to 14 pounds.
