Hello! #0049 isn't one of our product codes, so I'm unfortunately not sure what part it is you're asking about. Could you be referring to the 40-049? 

Cole Sewell has been out of business for a long time and there is no exact match for any of their parts. Truth be told I'm not sure I've ever seen a Cole Sewell set with a mortise like yours. Plus, the interior and exterior handles are totally different designs. I think you might have a bunch of different sets mixed and matched together here. 

All that aside, the 40-049 may indeed be what you want, but the only way to confirm is to carefully compare the dimensions we show on the 40-049 store page to your own.
