First, can you show me a clear picture of the metal hook at the bottom end? There are a couple different styles that are similar to yours but with varying details, so I'd like a clearer shot so I can pick out which one it is.

Can you also confirm the exact weight of the sash, down to the ounce? Your original stamp is only calibrated to carry 12 through 17 pounds, so a 30 pound sash is very peculiar. For a balance as short as yours, 30 pounds is extremely heavy. I just want to be 100% sure we get the right part for you.
