Cosmetically covering u p vinyl window glazing bead

A home owner from Texas says:
A hail storm in April damaged the vinyl bead around my windows and I was told that on these particular windows, the bead could not be removed. I really don't want to replace the windows since they are fine, so I am looking for any recommendations on how I can cosmetically cover up the glazing bead?

Hmm... I'm not sure my self. You could perhaps use a type of thin vinyl and attach it with double stick tape or adhesive. You could then use a type of putty and paint over it. Another possibility would be to use a type of silicone caulk with the same color and caulk over the holes. Talk to someone at a local hardware store or paint center and see what they suggest, as well. There are multiple solutions to this kind of thing and everyone has their own preference.
