Hello,
The plastic balance cover on several of my double hung windows have dried out and cracked. I believe the window manufacturer is Lauder. The balance covers are 4 1/2" long. Would you have a replacement part for this? Thank You.

We may have a good match for you, yes. Can you just confirm how thick the springs are?
They look like they might be 3/8". If so, you can use our 15-205.

Hi Tom,
I verified that the springs are 3/8" and have placed order #1628568 for qty 12 of part 15-205, I plan on replacing all of the supports on the other windows as "preventative maintenance".
I also had to order 3 new springs as the originals did not fair well on removal due to the cracked support. The part numbers that I ordered are qty 2 of part S165-4 and qty 1 of part S165-3. The old springs are labeled as #4 (2) and #3 (1).
Hope this all makes sense. It is my first time doing this type of repair. Thanks for your help.
