Cranks open, won't fully close

No marking on window frame or cranks. The crank works to open window but clicks and won't "catch" to fully close.

Thanks for posting. This looks like either the 39-253LB and 39-253RB Operators, or the 39-438B and 39-439B pair. The difference between these two pairs of operators is explained in the video below. For a new cover and handle that works with either set, see the 39-375 and 39-376, or the 39-451 and 39-452. Let me know if you have any questions.

Yes, the 39-376 is compatible with the 39-253RB. So is the 39-452; it's really a matter of whichever style you prefer.
