Crestline casement window lock & keeper

Question

I need another casement sash lock and keeper.

I just got part #38-079 and it is the wrong keeper. I need the one shown in my photo.

Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear of the error with your order. Unfortunately, the 38-079 is not made to work with the type of casement lock you have. This keeper is compatible with the 38-097 and 098 EntryGard sash locks.

The lock you have appears to be the non-handed 38-144 Primary Casement Sash Lock, which can be used for the left and right side of the casement window. The compatible keepers for this lock are the 38-276 and 38-277 casement sash keepers; the one you have here in the photo is the 38-276.
