Hi folks, I would be interested in getting your advice on this particular component. The gear mechanism has stripped, whereby rendering the window in capable of pulling in. From what I read it needs to have a new mechanism. I took the old one off and these are the dimensions. I've looked at prior discussions and found, some discrepancies but looks like 39-155 is closest to the dimensions represented. But I'm also seeing a 39-031 that may be closer. Thanks for writing in! Your casement window operator looks more like the 39-031 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator; the opposite handed version is the 39-032. Although, to confirm that this is the right replacement, you'll need to review and compare the dimensions, as they are shown below. Unfortunately, I would not be able to confirm them from photos of the measuring tape.

Dimensions for 39-031
Dimensions for 39-031

These operators are compatible with the 39-107 cover along with the 39-114L non-folding handle, like the one you have or the folding crank handle, part 39-205. Another replacement option is the 39-107FK , which is a folding crank and cover kit.

I've also tagged a few other hardware parts used along with with these operators below.
