I'm looking for the same part as above. The metal track length is about 25 5/8" or 27" from the end of the clips. Could you get me the price and lead time for a pair? I'd like to start with 1 pair and see if it also fixes another problem. I'm working on a building that has about 20 of these windows and they aren't closing all the way.

We can absolutely supply this balance, though before we get started I will need to see a clear picture of the metal hook at the end of the cord. There are a ton of different varieties and it is an important feature.
