I'm seeking for the balance and shoe in the image that i provided in the attachment. I would also need to know if I need a custom balance or not?

Your channel balances resemble the S795 with the 15-195B open-cam T-lock shoe that is sold separately. See our video below showing how to swap out the stock 15-195 shoes. You'll also need to locate the stamps on your metal channels to choose the corresponding strength options for your replacements. Thank you!
