Thanks for contacting us! The balance you have here is an Extended-Travel Channel Balance. The quote is almost ready to go but I'll need to see a clear photo of the hook attached to the shoe. This is important for how the balance installs in the window, so I'll need to see it to ensure we are providing you with the correct replacement.

The length of the channel should be 31-5/8". I am sure that this is the length of your balance but it would be a good idea to double check.
