I agree that it looks like you may need the 15-014 knife lock shoe attached to the S770-30 channel balance, which we can supply through a custom order. I would recommend removing your balance from the window to confirm that the shoe matches the specifications below. We'll also need to know the exact weight of your window sash to determine the spring calibration needed for your replacements, as well as confirm the length of the metal balance channel. Lastly, we'll need to know the number of balances you need with the minimum being two. Thank you!
