Custom balancer order

Question

Hey, I spoke with a guy earlier today and he said to send a pic of what I needed. These are the standard size thickness but will need to be 40lbs due to the window being high impact. It is single hung. I will need 3 pairs ( 6 balancers )

I think we can help, but it's hard to tell what you have. Is this window tilt or non-tilt? If it's tilt, I recommend our S600-18. The Black Tip should cover your 40 pound sash. If it's non-tilt, our S500-18 would be better. I would be happy to bring in a black tip color option for the S5001-18, if need be, that way you don't need it to be custom made. Let me know.
