Custom size channel balance

Question

Hi, my channel balance says 14A and it measures 12" metal end to metal end. Overall with the 19-007 and the 15-018 attached it is 13 1/4" long and about 3/8" wide and deep. I need 2 asap. How much would the be and how soon could I get it. Thank you,

Thanks for posting! I would double check the length. If the stamp is 14A, then it should be 15" long. If you are confident the metal channel is only 12", then it will need to be custom made. If that is the case, let me know the weight of the sash and how many you need altogether.
