D-Profile Kerf Bulb weatherstriping

To whom it may concern.

I am repairing a few double hung windows and need to replace the center kerf seal that is between the two sashes. Attached is a picture of the profile that I am having problems finding. Due to the resistance between the two sashes when opening I wont be able to use the typical bubble kerf as it would likely get distorted.
