Your photos show the bottom one, but the top one will also be necessary in order to ID a match. Matching up the top and bottom nylon fittings is how channel balances like this are ID'd.

Thank you. Based on your photos, you have either our Series 380 or Series 385. The only difference between them is the size of the bottom fitting, which is indicated on their respective store pages. You'll need to measure your bottom fitting to confirm which one is the better match.

The window tag doesn't tell me anything about your balances. In order to determine the length you need, you will have to actually measure your metal channel. This is explained in the video I shared with you on the 7th. I recommend watching that if you haven't already.
