We should be able to help with this, but I will need more photos in order to pick out a good match. If at all possible, please show me a clear picture of the top nylon fitting. Your photos show the bottom one, but the top one will also be necessary in order to ID a match. Matching up the top and bottom nylon fittings is how channel balances like this are ID'd. |

It looks like these photos are the same as what you sent before. I'm afraid this doesn't tell me anything new. If you are not able to get clear photos of the top fitting, we will not be able to ID a replacement balance for you. It is an essential detail. |
Well this work?
Here's more . I'm trying to get The while thing but she doesn't seem to understand what I need?

I'm afraid not. These photos don't tell me anything new. I recommend watching the videos below, these should hopefully clarify exactly what information we need in order to help. |

Thank you. Based on your photos, you have either our Series 380 or Series 385. The only difference between them is the size of the bottom fitting, which is indicated on their respective store pages. You'll need to measure your bottom fitting to confirm which one is the better match. Comparison of the S380 and S385 balance shoes.

The window tag doesn't tell me anything about your balances. In order to determine the length you need, you will have to actually measure your metal channel. This is explained in the video I shared with you on the 7th. I recommend watching that if you haven't already. |
