Different rollers for an 87-188

A home owner from Fair Oaks, California says:

I may looking for replacement double rollers for Milgard sliding windows. The design is very close to the 87-188 with the primary dofference being the roller diameter. My design has .50 diameter rollers. The assembled heigth is 0.520 inches from mount flange to the roller contact point. Can a .50 diameter roller be used with the 87-188 housing?

Please take a look at new SWISCO product code, 87-194, sliding window roller assembly. This replacement roller has 1/2" diameter wheels like your original.
