Do have replacement locks for this patio door

A home owner from Chicago says:

The inside of the latch does not properly move up and down when the latch is flipped. It doesn't line up so I can't open the door without spending time maneuvering it. The white level moves but the inside won't retract. The handle seems fine.

Thanks for writing in. While we sell the handle set that comes with this door, our 82-078, I'm afraid we don't sell the internal mortise lock for this door. We've tried to bring it in the past, to no avail. Sorry that we can't be of more help, and thanks for reaching out to us.
