How do I fix the sliding door adjuster. It's not adjusting when I turn the screw. Question is does this have wheels under the door that I can't see. My door is ANSI/AMA101-85. MFGR CODE AC-1 SERIES 60/61 SGD-R20. SGD-R25,30,35,40(MODIF) MST8069(XX).THIS WAS the manufacturer sticker on the door. It just won't slide back and forth it kind of dropped down from the top a little Thank you you so much.James

Hello, James. All patio glass doors are designed to use rollers without exception. If your door doesn't have rollers, then either someone removed them in the past or the door was never installed properly to begin with.

Either way, we are not able to identify a replacement unless we can see the originals out of the door, first. That's the only way. Please let me know if that would be possible. We would specifically need to see a back end, top, and side view. Written dimensions would also be a huge help.

If this door absolutely does not have rollers of any kind, then we won't be able to assist you. A reference is necessary. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
