Does my screen door have rollers?

A home owner from Denver, CO. USA says:

I've had my new patio door and screen for about five years now. My question is does the screen door have rollers? From day one it's seams to ride metal against metal. Now with Covid-19, I'm home everyday. I'm out on my balcony more and morey. The noise is driving me crazy. I've tried everything to make it not squeak. Thank you, Bonnie

Hi, Bonnie. I'm afraid I don't know if your screen door has rollers or not. All I can tell you is that all sliding screen doors like yours are designed to use them. Whether or not the installers ever put them on yours, or if someone ever removed them in the past, is another matter. Both scenarios are equally possible. The only way to know is to take the door off and check.
