Hello, Could you please check to see if you have the attached hinge? I will send a picture of the door and the exact hinge we need. Thank you. I believe the door is made by Milgard. Over 15 years ago.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the hinge assembly shown in your photos. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting!
