Hello there. Unfortunately, we can't cross-reference this information with particular parts. Patio door hardware is incredibly brand-independent. To know what rubber seal you might need, could you remove a sample and show us a picture of its end profile? For the rollers, we'll need to see them out of the door. Knowing the width and height of the assembly, as well as the diameter of the wheels, would also be helpful. See the video below for details on removal and replacement of sliding door rollers.
