Door Warranty for a seal issue

Question

Hello, I have a patio door that was installed by our builder in 2016 and it looks like it was purchased at Lowe's. I Googled the door number from the two labels that were on the door (see photos) and want to confirm that the door is indeed a Swisco patio door.

I am trying to find out what the manufacturer warranty might be since we recently discovered dirt between the glass in one side of the sliding door and looks like the seal has gone bad. Also, on the other portion of the sliding door, the louvers do not close shut.

I would appreciate if you can confirm if the door is a Swisco door, any warranty information and the best way to proceed.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we don't sell or manufacture doors. Furthermore, we aren't sure who might be the original manufacturer, unfortunately. Regarding the glass and seal, a local glass shop may be able to advise.
