Unfortunately no numbers or markings are available.

I'm afraid I don't know exactly what kind of lockset you have, but its design is similar to our 40-193. Review our dimensions to confirm whether this will be a match or not. If not, I'd be happy to look into other options for you, though a photo of the original handles and detailed written dimensions would be necessary.
