Door lock replacement

Atrium is name on door hinges. No registration numbers either on hinges or lock. Original door on house built in 1984. I'm not original owner.

This reminds me of our 82-400's mortise lock. I'm afraid the lock itself isn't sold separately but look over the dimensions for this part and compare them with yours to see if they match up.
